Important dates for the upcoming season…
July 2 and July 9: Player Physicals
Time: 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Player physicals must be completed by the parent meeting. Physical forms can be downloaded from our website. The cost of the physical is $20 and all money collected from the physicals will be donated back to our organization. Please call for an appointment.
Saturday July 25: Parent Meeting/ Equipment Fitting - Mandatory
Time: 11 a.m.
Location: Ventura Moose Lodge
10269 Telephone Rd. in Ventura
All fees must be paid in full by this date. The equipment fee deposit of $200 must also be given on this day! The deposit will be held until all equipment is returned at the end of the season.
July 27 - July 31: Pre-Season Conditioning Camp
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Location: TBA
This is a non-contact conditioning camp to help prepare your child for the upcoming football season. The cost for the camp is $35.00 and is due at the mandatory parent meeting on July 25. This camp is recommended as participation will help to get each child into their gear sooner.
Sunday Aug. 9: 2nd Equipment Fitting
Time: 1:00 p.m.

If your child missed the parent meeting or has equipment that needs to be exchanged, you will need to come out to this event.
Monday Aug. 3 - Thursday Aug. 6: Mandatory Pre-Season Camp
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Location: TBA
This is a mandatory pre-season skill, agilities and conditioning camp. ALL players are required to attend. There is no additional charge for this camp.
Friday Aug. 7 and Saturday Aug. 8: PRACTICE
Time: 5:00 p.m. on Friday / TBA for Saturday

Saturday Aug 22: Mandatory Certification
Time: TBA
Location: Westlake High School
Certification is mandatory for participation in the 2009 football season. Please make sure your child will be able to attend. If there is a conflict with this date, please let us know as soon as possible.
Sunday Aug 16: Ventura Buccaneer’s Car Wash Fundraiser
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Lowe’s Parking Lot in Ventura
$100.00 per player will be collected for the car wash tickets at the parent meeting. Each player is required to sell all 10 tickets for our only mandatory chapter fundraiser. The tickets are easily sold as they also include a free meal from chipotle and many other great vendor offers.

Saturday Aug 29: Jamboree

Location: Santa Clarita
Santa Clarita will host this seasons Jamboree. The event will be for Bantam - Senior divisions only. Times and additional location information will be provided by your coach.
